EDMOND, Okla. – Good news for Edmond drivers, a railroad repair project slowing down the morning commute is expected to finish up Wednesday.

The Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad shutdown the crossing on Danforth earlier this week.

The tracks between Broadway and Thomas Dr. were sinking.

The elevation needed to be restored to roadway grade.

This week drivers have not been able to cross the tracks in either direction.
