STILLWATER, Okla. -- One of the most famous burger joints in the state turns 37 years old this year.

Eskimo Joe's is celebrating the anniversary with a poster signing event at Penn Square Mall.

Stan Clark opened the restaurant 37 years ago in Stillwater so that college kids could have a place to hang out.

Nearly four decades later, Joe's has grown from 900 square feet to almost 28,000 square feet.

His famous T-shirts are known all around the world.

The 37th anniversary Eskimo Joe's poster signing event will be at the Penn Square Mall Eskimo Joe's shop Saturday from 11 a.m until 1 p.m.
