Event helping Oklahomans with free dental care

CHICKASHA, Okla. – It’s an event that is good for Oklahoma.

Many Oklahomans can’t afford dental care, but there is a special program that can help.

Dentistry From the Heart may be able to provide dental care for free.

Dr. John Phillips from 29th Street Dental Care in Chickasha stopped by the station to talk about the event.

Dentistry From the Heart starts January 30th.  It begins at 7:30 a.m. and ends at 4 p.m.

It's first come first served.

The procedures available include cleaning, fillings, extractions and x-rays.
