FAA briefly halts all United Airlines flights

OKLAHOMA CITY – The Federal Aviation Administration briefly grounded all United Airlines flights on Tuesday morning.

The FAA originally said automation issues were the cause for the halt.

Shortly after that, the agency announced that all United mainline flights were released from the groundstop.

The flights were grounded for about 39 minutes.
