JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (WTLV) –  A Florida mother is asking for the public’s help after her daughter’s wheelchair-stroller was stolen.

It was specially made for her 10-year-old daughter who cannot walk.

Beth and Kevin Rasch say their daughter, Clara, needs the stroller in order to leave the house.

Clara was born with a severe seizure disorder.

“The developmental delay that comes with that really has her mental capacity like that of a newborn,” said Rasch.

Clara cannot walk and her parents waited more than a year for her special wheelchair-stroller.

The stroller helps with her severe scoliosis and cost the family $6,000.
