Fire department responded to house fire in northwest OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY – Crews responded to a house fire in northwest Oklahoma City Thursday night.

According to initial reports, two neighbors called the fire department after noticing a house on NW 19th street was on fire.

When crews arrived on the scene, they saw smoke and flames shooting from the garage area of the home.

Officials say the homeowner was not home at the time of the fire.

No injuries have been reported.
