Grass fires are sparking across the metro.

Firefighters are urging residents to use extreme caution because our state is under extreme fire danger.

  • Luther house fire on E. Memorial Rd. near Luther Rd.

Luther fires:

Crews have been called to a fire in Luther at a home on the 18000 block of E. Memorial Rd. near Luther Rd.

  • Newalla Pott. Co. Fire

Pottawatomie County wildfires:

Crews are working to put out a grass fire in Newalla near Bethel Acres about one mile east of Pottawatomie County Rd.

Officials said the fire is near 149th St. and Walker.

BURN BAN: More counties reinstate burn bans for extreme fire danger

Moore wildfires:

MOORE, Okla. – Crews working are working to put out a grass fire in Moore near southeast Oklahoma City.

Firefighters said the wildfire near N.E. 27th St. and Bryant Ave. is now under control.

Crews have not said if any structures have been burned.

So far, no serious injuries have been reported.

Liberty Lake:

A new fire has been reported northeast of Edmond at Liberty Lake.

No structure damage has been reported, but crews are working to put the fire out.
