Heavy rains flood central Oklahoma, cool weather for weekend

OKLAHOMA CITY - Heavy rains have flooded much of the Sooner State.

Many areas were plagued with flash flooding, stalled cars and impassable roads.

This storm system should leave the state by Saturday morning.

Temperatures will stay below normal this weekend in the 80s.

Hotter weather moves back in next week.

Experts say you should never try to cross roadways that are covered with water if you cannot see how deep it is.
