Governor Fallin called a special session of the Oklahoma Legislature to rework bills related to tort reform. Melvin Hall says he thinks the session was to provide a giveaway to special interests. Kirk Humphreys says the special session was called to help strengthen the business community related to tort reform.

Hall says the bills will provide an unfair advantage to the business community.
