Very warm weather continues in Oklahoma…

Later tonight, we’ll fall back into the upper 30s and lower 40s under mostly clear skies. The breeze will be light at 5-10mph out of the northwest. We may see a little haze Monday morning, with the breeze being slightly out of the west, it’ll keep us dry enough to avoid any fog.

Monday looks like the nicest day of the week with highs in the low 70s, sunny skies, and a light and variable breeze around 5mph!

Tuesday will be another warm one with highs in the low to mid 70s under sunny skies, but a gusty south breeze at 15-25mph will give us a high threat for wildfires. Aside from the breeze, enjoy the last day of warm weather because a fairly strong cold front will knock us back into Winter on Wednesday.

With this next cold front, highs on Wednesday will depend on where you live. If you live between I-40 and the Kansas border (including OKC), highs will be in the 50s. South of I-40 and near the Red River, expect upper 50s and even 60s. There’s a 20% chance of afternoon and evening showers, but nothing to get too excited about (we’re expecting no more than a tenth of an inch in any one spot).  Stay tuned for the latest!
