STILLWATER, Okla. – The rape case against a former Oklahoma State University basketball player won’t be going back to trial.

The Payne County district attorney says Darrell Williams won’t be retried on two counts of rape by instrumentation and one count of sexual battery.

The district attorney says the victims in the case wanted to move forward with their lives and did not want to testify again.

Williams was convicted of rape and sexual battery in July of 2011.
