Found: Deputies recover thousands of dollars worth of stolen property

GUTHRIE, Okla. – Logan County deputies say they arrested several people related to stolen property in the area.

On Oct. 23, deputies were able to recover a series of stolen property from southern Logan County.

Investigators arrested 50-year-old Ray Helton and 25-year-old Athena Russell after the pair was caught driving a stolen truck and trailer.

During the investigation, officers recovered the following stolen property.

  • One ton flatbed pickup truck and car hauler trailer
  • One Chevy Impala
  • Starlight trailer
  • Gooseneck trailer
  • Dump trailer
  • Polaris ATV
  • Kubota tractor
  • New Holland tractor
  • Two electric welders
  • 16 46′ metal roof joists
  • Sheet metal roofing
  • Three safes
  • 19.7 grams of methamphetamine
  • Drug packaging materials
  • Sawed off shotgun
  • Key making equipment and blank keys

Logan County authorities say the equipment seems to be from a stolen property and drug operation.

Officers say they are still searching for victims.
