As many storm victims are trying to clean up their properties, the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality is offering free bacterial testing of private well water for those victims.
The free tests will be available until June 15, 2015.
If you would like your well tested, call 1-800-522-0206 for more information and eligibility requirements.
If your property was affected, DEQ recommends that you disinfect your well.
