From food to adventure: This weekend has something for everyone

OKLAHOMA CITY - Summer is here, so many families are looking for activities everyone will enjoy.

The Riversport Rapids can get everyone involved in an adventurous activity.

Plus, the Peace, Love and Goodwill Festival at the Myriad Gardens is on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.  The event raises money for the youth programs of Goodwill. Guests can enjoy inflatables, a creation station, hair braiding and other things kids will enjoy.

On Saturday, the Chisholm Trail Crawfish Festival will be held at the Kirkpatrick Family Farm from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Guests can expect a wild west show, crawfish race, pony rides and live music.

Shakespeare in the Park opens this weekend in the Myriad Gardens with performances of "Much Ado About Nothing." Tickets are $20 with extra discounts for seniors, students and members of the military.
