There’s great news for all you coffee lovers.

A cup of joe a day could keep liver cancer away!

Researchers say a long-term study over 180,000 adults reveals drinking one cup of coffee a day is linked to nearly a 30%  lower risk of liver cancer.

For those who drink up to four cups of coffee a day have a 42% lower risk.

Experts are still trying to determine which coffee’s almost 100% active compounds is providing the protection against liver cancer.

However, the study was only designed to show association, not to prove a cause-and-effect relationship. There may be something else common to coffee drinkers that also reduces cancer risk.
