OKLAHOMA CITY – One of Oklahoma City’s most popular bars is closing its doors after three decades.
After 36 years in business, Graham’s Country Nightclub, located at the corner of Reno and Portland in Oklahoma City, is closing.
Tuesday morning, officials with the nightclub confirmed the news.
Graham’s is now having a “farewell party” on Saturday, April 28 for those who want to celebrate at the club one last time.
Officials with the club say they have hosted country music stars like Garth Brooks, Shania Twain, Joe Diffie, George Straight, George Jones, Steve Wariner, Chris Ledeaux over its lifetime.
“We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to all of the wonderful customers who we have had the pleasure to serve over the last 38 years and would also like to praise the Mathis Brothers who have been wonderful and supportive landlords for all of that time,” a statement from the club read.
