Health officials: New flu hospitalizations at lowest level since November

OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma health officials say the flu has hit its lowest level in months.

Since September, 94 Oklahomans have died from the flu, including four people within the last week.

In all, 2,078 people have been hospitalized with the virus since it hit the Sooner State last fall.

According to the Oklahoma Department of Health, new hospitalizations related to the flu are at its lowest levels since November.
