However, experts say some foods you find in your home every day could put your pet’s health at risk.

According to the Waggington Post, there are 12 foods that you should never feed your pet.

Those foods are as follows:

  • Chocolate
  • Milk
  • Cheese
  • Onion
  • Macadamia Nuts
  • Garlic
  • Grapes
  • Avocados
  • Apple Cores
  • Yeast Dough
  • Caffeine
  • Bacon

The dangers range from choking hazards and toxins to digestive issues.
