HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — A man was caught using his cell phone to snap pictures up women’s skirts and dresses at Walmart.
The husband of one of the man’s alleged victims caught him in the act.

“It started in the shampoo department and that’s when it happened the first time,” she explained. “I just turned the aisle and he looked directly at me and I felt his guilt.”
Students from Clover Hill High School say Wiggins worked at the school as a teacher’s aide, and that at one time, he coached wrestling.
“He doesn’t need to be around children at all,” Tamara Wynn, a Clover Hill parent said. “He needs to get some help,”
Chesterfield Public Schools said Wednesday that Wiggins is no longer employed by the school district.
Wiggins was arrested on May 31 after he allegedly violated two women by taking pictures up their skirts, as well.
