GARLAND, Tx. – Lady Antebellum’s tour bus went up in flames Thursday morning.
Dallas fire rescue officials say a blown tire on the bus caused the fire.
Cell phone video captured the blaze that damaged one side of the vehicle.
The bus was transporting members of the band to Dallas for the American Country Music Awards.
On her Instagram account, co-lead singer Hillary Scott said she, her husband, the band’s tour manager and the driver were the only ones on board the vehicle and everyone made it out safe.
The band is expected to be one of the performers at the ACM awards ceremony this weekend.

Hey guys, we had a crazy morning on the way to Dallas today. Our bus tire caught on fire and we had to evacuate very quickly. EVERYONE IS SAFE AND SOUND. It was me, my husband, our tour manager, and driver. Thanking God for our safety and the safety of all of those who helped put this fire out and keep us safe. Love you all!!!! ~hillary
