Lawmen recover meth, stolen property; still searching for suspect

LOGAN COUNTY, Okla. — Sheriff’s deputies are searching for a man after finding drugs and stolen property inside a trailer Tuesday.  

The Logan County Sheriff’s Office is looking for 26-year-old Bryce Salmon who lives in the trailer at 10200 Blanche Lane near S. Western and W. Charter Oak Rd.

Officials said Salmon is a registered sex offender.

“He was not home at the time when we served the warrant but he’s wanted for questioning at this point,”Logan County Chief Deputy Rob Groseclose said.

Investigators found bags of meth, stolen property and a loaded gun at the trailer.

They arrested 40-year-old Jason McHone in connection to the case. 

The sheriff’s office said they believe Salmon is possibly staying with friends.

Investigators said he has the potential to be armed and dangerous.
