PAWNEE, Okla. (KFOR) – A local ranch and museum welcomed a new addition to the team.

The Pawnee Bill Ranch and Museum announced the birth of the first baby bison of the season.

Ranchers say they only left the field for 30 minutes before returning to find the newborn.

The name and the sex of the bison calf will be revealed at a later time.
