OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — First responders are on the scene of a two-vehicle wreck involving a semi in the westbound lanes of I-44 at North May Avenue.

McIntyre Law Chopper 4 reports that there are believed to be injuries at the scene. I-44 westbound has been closed to one lane and traffic is backed up for about three miles.

Drivers are advised to avoid the area and take an alternate route.
