OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Oklahoma County Deputies confirm while serving an eviction notice, they found three dogs left behind by renters.

According to authorities, three dogs were left outside in the backyard with no food, water or shelter from the sun.

Police say the dogs are now in the care of the animal control.

No word on any charges.
