OKLAHOMA COUNTY, Okla. (KFOR) – The Oklahoma County Sheriff’s is investigating an unemployment scam.

According to the sheriff’s office, officials took a report from a victim who had their social security number used by a suspect to make an unemployment claim.

Law enforcement agencies have been warning Americans about the rise in scams amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
