OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Police say a dispute between family members led to a deadly shooting in Oklahoma City.

Around 10 p.m. on Monday, Oklahoma City police were called to a home near Council Rd. and Wilshire Blvd.

When investigators arrived at the scene, they found the body of 57-year-old Lawson Gratts.

Authorities say Gratts the suspect’s mother were in a relationship and got into an argument. The argument turned into a physical altercation.

At that point, the woman’s son, 22-year-old Treveon Grant, armed himself with a pistol. He eventually shot and killed Gratts.

Grant was was arrested on a complaint of second-degree murder.
