FRIENDSHIP, Wisc. (WSAW) – A Wisconsin man was charged with his 10th drunken driving  offense following a creative excuse.

According to WSAW, 75-year-old John Przybyla was stopped after a deputy noticed him crossing the center line.

When asked how much he had been drinking, the criminal complaint alleges Przybyla told the deputy he had not been drinking alcohol.

Instead, he claimed he had eaten beer battered fish.

He was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated, operating while revoked and three traffic citations.
