OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma City man was arrested after allegedly following a boy and making crude comments to him.

On April 9, officers were called to the 8200 block of S. Eastern Ave. after a 12-year-old was approached by a stranger.

The victim told police that he was walking to his mother’s house when a man in a red truck pulled up beside him and asked if he needed a ride.

When he refused, the victim says the man drove back around at least four or five times and would make comments to the boy.

According to the arrest affidavit, the suspect allegedly told the victim, “You are very beautiful, do you wake up horny in the mornings?”

The victim says the suspect also asked about his genitals and said, “If you want to get in, I will take you to a hamburger place.” At that point, the victim told police the man pointed to his crotch and asked if he wanted any money.

Authorities say the boy started to run and a witness stopped to see what was happening. The witness then decided to follow the man in the truck to get his license plate number and see where he was headed.

Police arrested 55-year-old Juan Carlos Perez Lazo for one count of lewd acts with a minor.
