HARRAH, Okla. – A man is behind bars after deputies said they found him passed out behind the wheel in Harrah.

According to the Oklahoma County Sheriffs’s Department, deputies said they thought 21-year-old Cody Price might be a drunk driver asleep in the driver’s seat of a car, part of the vehicle in the grass.

Deputies knocked on the window to wake him near S.E. 29th St. and Harrah Rd.

Officials said they saw Price putting a foil pipe in his pocket when he got out of the car.

Price allegedly told deputies he smoked K2, synthetic marijuana.

He was checked at the hospital and is now facing charges for driving under the influence, possession of synthetic narcotics and drug paraphernalia.
