At that point, witnesses say the driver put the truck in reverse and hit two of the motorcycles and one motorcyclist.
As the pickup left the scene, the injured motorcyclist fired multiple shots at the truck. However, no one was hit.
The driver of the pickup was eventually found after running off the road.
Police arrested 22-year-old Nicholas Thompson for driving under the influence and assault with a dangerous weapon.
The injured motorcyclist, who was identified as 39-year-old Jim Tillotson, was rushed to a nearby hospital with serious injuries.
