Man ends up in surgery after bus station stabbing

OKLAHOMA CITY – Police say a man minding his own business at the city’s bus station ended up in surgery with a knife wound to his stomach.

Police arrested 46-year-old Phillip Hall for assault with a deadly weapon and public drunkenness.

They say he stabbed another man, unprovoked, with a pocket-knife.

Police say they recovered the bloody knife from his pocket.

They believe he was intoxicated at the time.
