OKLAHOMA CITY – A gunshot wound victim was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after he was found on the city’s near south side Friday night.

Oklahoma City Police were called to the 1100 block of SW 38th Street, near Grand Blvd. and S. Western Ave., shortly after 10:00 p.m. for a reported shooting victim.

Police said the man was shot twice in the right leg, was conscious and talking when officers arrived. It’s not clear where the man was shot, as those who live in the neighborhood told officers they didn’t hear any gunshots, officials said.
