CALIFORNIA – A California man is regretting his Las Vegas Superbowl weekend adventure and is now suing a casino, claiming he was too drunk to gamble.

He lost half a million dollars in his admitted drunken stupor.

The money he spent was money he had borrowed from the casino.

His attorney believes he has a case.

Gaming regulations do stipulate that the casino can be disciplined for both allowing a visibly drunk person to gamble.

The lawsuit was filed last week, and it looks like it will be going to trial where a jury will deal the final card.
