OKLAHOMA CITY – One person is recovering from smoke inhalation after his house caught on fire in southeast Oklahoma City.

Around 2 a.m., a house fire was reported near S.E. 34th and High.

When crews arrived to the scene, there were flames coming out of every window of the home.

Some downed power lines in the backyard prevented crews from working the fire all around the home.

The blaze was so big, it even spread to three nearby cars.

A man who was inside the home when the fire started was able to make it out and call 911.

He was treated for smoke inhalation.

Fire officials say the home is a total loss.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
