CHINA — It took a man in China two years to realize he was raising bears.
Wang Kayui bought what he thought were two puppies from a stranger.
He raised them, and they were reportedly well-behaved.
It wasn’t until one of the “puppies” ate one of Kayui’s chickens when he realized something was inherently wrong.

Once the man realized he was raising bears, he turned his pets over to the Forest Public Security Bureau, who took them to the Yunnan Wild Animal Rescue Center, according to Mashable.
The bears, a male and a female, are reportedly doing well in their new home.
