OKLAHOMA CITY – A local group held a special tribute for our friend, Bob Barry, Jr., whom we lost more than two months ago.

The Downtown Rotary Club held its annual ‘Bedlam’ program on Tuesday, which served as a tribute to Bob Barry, Jr.

Barry hosted the event for over a decade for “Club 29,” making this the first time he wasn’t presenting the program.

Barry’s family, including his wife, son and daughter, were on hand to accept a football helmet in honor of him.

Gina gave a short speech, saying BBJ always loved football season and enjoyed hosting the program.

In June, Bob Barry, Jr. died from injuries he suffered in an accident involving his scooter and another vehicle.
