MIDWEST CITY, Okla. — You may or may not be old enough to remember the show “Adam-12” starring Martin Milner and Kent McCord.

It was a show that followed two police officers as they patrolled Los Angeles.

The show aired from 1968-1975 and, according to Midwest City PD, inspired a notable amount of people to join law enforcement.

A former resident for MWCPD, David Livingston, got ahold of the original shirts worn in the show. He loaned them to his old police department where they are temporarily on display.

“They are loan to us and pretty unique,” Midwest City Police Chief Brandon Clabes said.
