Millions of pounds of turkey bacon are being recalled after manufacturers say it can spoil before its expiration date.

Kraft-Heinz Foods is recalling 2 million pounds of Oscar Mayer’s turkey bacon.

The bacon was produced between May 31, 2015 and August 6, 2015.

The company says the turkey bacon may spoil before the “best when used by” date.

The recall includes the following:

  • 56 oz. cardboard boxes of Oscar Mayer “Selects Uncured Turkey Bacon”
  • 36 oz. cardboard boxes of Oscar Mayer “Smoked Cured Turkey Chopped & Formed”
  • 48 oz.  cardboard boxes of Oscar Mayer “Smoked Cured Turkey Chopped & Formed.”

The recalled products have the establishment number “P-9070” inside the USDA mark of inspection, as well as the line number “RS19.”

Customers are encouraged to return the products back to the store for a full refund.
