ALASKA — A moose family is feeling the heat of the record high temperatures in Alaska. But they found a way to cool down Monday.
The woman who recorded the video, Candice Helm, says she noticed a mama moose and her calves wandering through her neighborhood. She said they seemed hot, so she turned on her sprinkler to cool down the wildlife animals.
“They just strolled around the house and looked really hot,” Helm told KTUU-TV. “So we turned on the sprinklers and they were happy.”
Helm was rewarded with a sweet scene she won’t soon forget.
