More than 2,000 OG&E customers without power in Bethany

BETHANY, Okla. – Thousands of people are without power in part of the metro Monday morning.

According to OG&E’s System Watch, approximately 2,100 people are without power near NW 23rd and Council.

Officials say a blown transformer caused the power outage and a grass fire in the area. The grass fire has since been put out.

Crews are working to restore power.
