Update: Power restored to majority of OG&E customes in southeast Oklahoma

UPDATE: 10:50 p.m. – The majority of OG&E customers in southeast Oklahoma have had their power restored.

UPDATE: 8:00 p.m. – OG&E says they have restored power in Muskogee and Ardmore.

However, 2,400 OG&E customers are still without power.

Residents in Ada, Branch, Madill, Mountainburg, Pocola, Poteau, Spiro and other areas may still be experiencing a power outage.


OKLAHOMA – OG&E have reported over 3,000 outages currently affecting southeast, Okla. residents.

Crews have been sent out to assess the situation. They are unsure when residents will have their power restored.

According to officials, the outage is “most likely weather related.”
