WASHINGTON COUNTY, Okla. – A Washington County woman is behind bars after her 2-year-old daughter tested positive for methamphetamine.

Wendy Dill, 35, is charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and child neglect.

According to KJRH, Dill’s ex-husband, Billy Wade, filed a complaint alleging Dill was exposing their child to illegal substances.

A drug test confirmed both Dill and her daughter tested positive for methamphetamine.

The affidavit says Dill admitted to using illegal drugs, but denied giving the drugs to her daughter.

Dill said she was not surprised her daughter tested positive.

According to the affidavit, she told investigators the drugs were her ex-boyfriend’s and that it was possible her daughter could have accidentally ingested methamphetamine.
