Norman police searching for masked men in alleged fast food robbery

NORMAN, Okla. – Norman police are investigating an early morning armed robbery at a McDonalds close to the OU campus.

Police said two men with guns walked into the McDonalds on the 1700 block of W. Lindsay just after midnight.

Authorities said the suspects forced the manager into a back office to open the safe.

They ran with an unknown amount of money.

Officials said the suspects are two Caucasian men about 6 feet tall who were wearing masks and dark hoodies.

Authorities said no one was injured.
