NORMAN, Okla. — The Friendly Market was raided for the second time.

Norman Police say another warrant was served at the smoke shop on Monday, Dec. 21.

The market was raided a couple of weeks ago. Stephen Holman, the manager of the store and a Norman City Councilman, was charged with seven counts of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

During the raid, police took glass pipes, rolling papers, sales reports, and cash.

Holman and his attorney say the products aren’t against the law, so the store restocked…only to be raided again.
