Officials search for woman who allegedly robbed Choctaw bank at gunpoint

CHOCTAW, Okla. – An armed robbery took place at a bank in Choctaw just before noon on Saturday, according to officials.

A person was seen robbing the Arvest Bank in the 14000 block of 29th and Choctaw Road.

The suspect, who was caught on camera, is described as a white woman, wearing a black / purple wig and sunglasses.

Officials said she showed a sign indicating she had a gun.

The woman got away in a dark-colored truck, which was later left southbound on Choctaw Road.
