OKLAHOMA CITY – Authorities arrested a bartender at a local club after a witness said he threatened her with a gun.

On Feb. 16, officers were called to the Touche Club, located in the 5900 block of S. Shields Blvd.

Officials spoke with a woman, who claimed the club’s bartender, 37-year-old Justin Ledford, had threatened to kill her after he got into a fight with her daughter.

The woman told police that she tried to break up the fight, but Ledford allegedly shoved her outside .

According to the arrest affidavit, she claimed she went back inside to find her daughter.

When she didn’t see her, she went back outside and waited in her car.

“[Victim] advised [Ledford] had followed her out to her car, went to her driver’s side window and pointed a black handgun at [victim’s] head and stated, “If you don’t get the f*** out of here, I’m going to blow your brains out and if you come back up here with your husband, I’m going to shoot him dead as well,” the report alleges.

When police got to the club, Ledford told them a woman was causing a disturbance in the bar and he escorted her outside.

According to the arrest affidavit, Ledford told officers the woman came back inside and tripped when she was being escorted outside a second time.

He told police there were no weapons inside the bar, but officers reported seeing a gun behind the counter.

Ledford was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon, being an intoxicated employee, possession of a firearm while intoxicated and speeding.
