OKLAHOMA CITY – While Oklahoma may still be considered a ‘flyover state’ by some, it recently made a list of ‘must-visit’ destinations.
According to a list by Complex Media, Oklahoma City made the top 10 list of “U.S. Cities that Transformed into Must-Visit Destinations in 2013.”
Editors focused on outdoor activities like walking trails, kayaking on the Oklahoma River, Rocktown and hiking at the Wichita Mountains.
The Sooner State also made the list for its food, including beef and local beer breweries.
