OKLAHOMA CITY – A group of Oklahoma City police officers put themselves through a grueling test to pay respect to five Dallas police officers who were killed in the line of duty.

Members of Oklahoma City’s gang unit completed the 2016 GoRuck Challenge. The event is based on Special Forces training and leads teams on an 18 mile trek.

Throughout the course, the team wore patches and flags in honor of the five Dallas police officers who were targeted by a gunman earlier this year.
