OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City police are trying to catch a serial flasher.

The alleged suspect has exposed himself to women and children at several locations on the city’s northwest side.

The crimes took place at N.W. 43rd and Shartel, again along the trails of Lake Hefner and a third time at Target on N. May Ave.

Police say a man repeatedly exposed himself to total strangers at least three times this week.

“It sounds like there might be something not quite right with him,” said Sarah Martin.

One victim told police the alleged suspect exposed himself and asked, “Do you want some of this?”

During the indecent exposure at Target, two young girls witnessed the crime.

“That’s definitely disturbing. I have three small kids. I would not be happy if that happened while they were with me, for sure,” said Martin.

There’s not much water at Lake Hefner these days, but there are still a lot of runners and bikers.

One of those female joggers claims she saw the man without pants exposing his genitals.

“It’s not something you should be doing ever,” said Josh Spears.

“He pulled up to the victims and while staying in his car, exposed himself to all of them,” said MSgt. Gary Knight, with the Oklahoma City Police Department.

All the victims describe the suspect as driving the same white hatchback Ford Focus.

The victims described the alleged suspect as a Hispanic man in his 20s or 30s with black hair.

Police hope that’s enough to make an arrest.

“It didn’t seem to matter to this suspect if it was adults or children he was exposing himself to, so we want to get him off the streets as soon as possible,” said Knight.
