OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma City woman was arrested for several warrants after allegedly being caught with her pants down.
On Sunday, officers were called to a car wash near N.E. 16th St. and Bryant after learning about an intoxicated person.
When officers arrived, they reportedly found 34-year-old Christie Pinkston lying on the ground with her pants and underwear around her knees.
After awaking Pinkston and putting her in handcuffs, authorities say she began trying to remove her pants again.
According to the arrest affidavit, once Pinkston was in the backseat of the patrol car, she was able to pull her pants down and remove a tampon before attempting to touch herself.
After pulling her pants back up, the report alleges that Pinkston told police that “there’s gonna be a lawsuit,” and “I can’t wait to get paid.”
Pinkston was arrested for indecent exposure and several city and county warrants.
